5I have noticed a significant difference since taking these in regards to my skin and hair condition. There’s plenty in the bottle enough to last a good few months. Take up to 3 a day with food. On my second bottle
5I started taking omega 3 cause I wanted to increase my heart health while starting a new exercise regime , according to my fit bit my feasting heart rate has gone down which I feel this is helped with Goes Well With:I have been taking these with the b vitamins , and multivitamins that I switch about every other day but taking omega 3 every day

5I buy these on a regular basis. I am 50 use weights regular and have a really active lifestyle these help a lot. Take em regular the you earlier you start the better. No aftertaste or other issues. Cheap especially on offer buy em.Goes Well With:Multi vits vit d and your usual thing.

5From my point of view, omega 3 has been helping me a lot since i started taking it. I have been feeing less sore and also it is easy to consume. It doesn’t have a bad taste, actually being quite sweet.Goes Well With:Any type of liquid

4Very effect and an easy way to get those omegas in. Don’t have with a large meal as if the food comes back on you it has that oily fish taste because of the vitamins but I wouldn’t say it’s unpleasant just noticeable. Overall are majorly helping my skin and hair and nails. Goes Well With:All other vitamins
