4I always make sure to get enough healthy Omega fats. These tablets make it very easy at an affordable price and no fishy aftertaste. Easy to swallow even with a handful of vitamins.

5Great price for such quality of these essentials. Tablets are little bigger, however you'll get used to it and it's not a big deal. Goes Well With:Alpha men, vitamin D and any others supplements.
