I ordered hazelnut because I love the flavour but was a bit sceptical of how it would taste. But if you like hazelnut flavour then I'd recommend this product. You only need a few drops and it mixes well into yoghurt/shakes without adding calories. Would also be useful for baking.
Goes Well With:
Yoghurt, shakes.

Excellent product for food, hot and cold drinks.... e.g. plain yogurt can become raspberry yogurt etc, same for plain protein drinks, and tea can become apple tea, coffee can be flavoured with mocha, and oats can also be flavoured. These are just some of the flavourings I use on a daily basis. Great product to enhance your food and drinks.
Goes Well With:
As noted above re yogurts, protein shakes, oats, tea and coffee etc...

16 Flavour test

I wrote a review previously regarding flavouring pea protein (a product that cannot be adequately flavoured by any of the flavours). This time I have opted to use Milk as a neutral medium to flavour and tested each of the 16 flavours I have bought. These were purchased in December of 2019. All flavours in their natural forms are flavours I love, so although I love chocolate and hazelnut, they were both awful and unpalatable. 16 Flavour test - 3 drops in 30mL of whole milk I've categorised them according to both taste and strength where taste matters more, and then within each category placed them in a rank that relates to it's group. e.g. Banana is ranked 1 in the "excellent strength & excellent taste" category, and apple is ranked 1 in the good strength but reasonable taste" category. Apple therefore ranks below Strawberry overall. Category: Excellent taste & excellent strength, ranked according to the best tasting of the category. (i.e. 1 is the best) 1. Banana 1. Mango 2. Peanut butter (similar taste profile to coconut in the taste) 2. Coconut (similar taste profile to peanut butter in the taste) 2. Toffee 2. Mocha 2. Strawberry ------------------------ Category: Good strength but a reasonable taste, ranked according to the best tasting of the category 1. Apple 1. Cherry 1. Blueberry All in this category were therefore equal, cherry at a push might edge it, but too close to call. ----------------------- Category: Weak strength but a reasonable taste 1. Peach 1. Lemon ----------------------- Category: Good strength but an awful taste 1. Hazelnut 1. Chocolate

Doesn't work for pea protein

I tried 4 flavours, banana, chocolate, toffee and strawberry. I have ordered more, so a further review is pending. For protein, I bought a vegan "super" pea protein isolate from Bulk Powders, which tastes exactly like ground up dried split peas (it's not from green peas like the packaging or pictures suggest), god forbid you put it in a water or milk, it tastes vile. Barely anything can mask the flavour (I've tried stevia powder, flavour drops, cadbury's cocoa powder, peanut butter - nothing makes it palatable without creating a sickly taste, and that's coming from someone who has half a cup of hot chocolate powder in their hot chocolate). So anyway, the flavour drops themselves: 1. Banana. Very good flavour, very much like the nesquick powders you had as a child in drop form. I bought all the flav drops in in November 2019 and I received all the flavours in bottles with eye dropper pipettes integrated with the screw on cap. I took 15 drops mixed with 400-500mL of water or milk, along with two heaped tablespoons of pea protein powder isolate and it did nothing to mask the flavour of pea protein (anyone who says its neutral is a liar). You only taste sweetness from the sucralose sweetener, you get none of the flavour. 15 drops seemed to make it sweet enough to drink, but it was still unpleasant. If you just put it in milk, yoghurt or something like that, then it works brilliantly to flavour it. I used it direct in milk (10 drops per glass) and it flavoured it wonderfully. 2. Chocolate. Poor flavour, a chemical like taste to it. Very disappointing. 3. Toffee. Just as good as the banana in terms of flavour. It tastes just like toffee. The exact same applies as did with the banana flavour when it comes to mixing it with pea protein, the flavour doesn't get through. Only the sweetness. 4. Strawberry is nice too. With any strawberry flavouring of any kind, you always get a slight artificial like flavour from it, and this is no different, but it's a familiar strawberry taste and there isn't a chemical taste to it. It's very nice with milk.

Flavdrops are amazing, if you are trying to cut calories, lose fat or lower carbs you need these. In the past I've been suspicious of artificial sweeteners but i have completely changed my mind on Sucralose, on which these are based. I use these several times daily, about 15 drops over a day. i have had no problems and have found them essential to my diet. Vanilla, toffee, coconut, all amazing. Raspberry is really good, not at all artificial . Maple is nice but not really maple flavoured. I'm looking forward to trying more flavours.
Goes Well With:
yoghurt, coffee, porridge, chai tea

These took a little while to get used to but they’re delicious. Toffee is my favourite, butter biscuit is pretty good too. I didn’t like vanilla but I think that’s just personal preference as all the other reviews have raved about it!

I really like these and use them to add flavour when making overnight oats. It's great to have a few different flavours so breakfast does not become boring. Loving the coconut and maple flavours at the moment.
