Our super-convenient tablets are packed with 250mg of high-quality glucosamine HCL, and 200mg of added chondroitin, alongside a large dose of 300mg of MSM — key components of cartilage and joint tissue. They’re a great addition to your training programme as you push for peak performance.
It can be difficult to get glucosamine from diet alone, as it’s found in very few sources — and these are mostly shellfish. This makes our tablets a convenient, cost-effective way to keep your glucosamine levels high, whatever your dietary choices.
Consume 1 capsule, 1-3 times daily. Best taken with food.

Muscle and joint aches
I'd not taken this for a while and ohhh boy did I notice it! Really helps (certainly at an older age) with the muscles and joints. Helps stay more supple, less injuries, better recovery.Goes Well With:On its own. Take in the morning with breakfast

For those who has joint problems
For those who has back pain like me, or those who wants big quads but have grandma knees, this is for you. I take this with fish oil everyday and they help me with my back and knee problems from old injuries. It’s not a certain fix but it’s definitely worth a try.

Okay BUT confused with dosage
I think this product is okay but i am confused about the dosage. The website/app states up to 3 a day and the bottle shows as 1 a day. Can MP please clarify dosage. Thanks.

Joint supps
Started taking this to help with my joint pain. And I see some difference already. Been taking three weeks. So will keep takin go them and hopefully it will keep getting better. Goes Well With:Cod liver oil

Only just got my so happy they are here it say on bottle take 1 day and I seen on reviews people taking more should I just keep to 1 a day x
