Very happy with these
Started taking these as my acne was awful and really effecting my mood. I read lots of good reviews and as they are full of lots of good vitamins, I thought I would give them a go. I have been taking them since May alongside the Zinc tablets and my skin has never been better! I have also been using benzoyl peroxide prescribed by my GP and simplified my skincare so I think my skin improvements are a mix of these things but I am so happy with these tablets and have found them to make my periods a lot easier and mood swings are so much more manageable. For the price I will be taking these for the foreseeable.

They've Helped
I was having really irregular periods, to the point we thought maybe I was starting early menopause but doctors tests showed nothing so I decided to try these and I've been taking them for a while and now I'm back to being regular again, so for me they've helped a lot. I recommend them.

No emotional breakdown
I am one of those annoying people with PCOS who's period is mostly regular. I started taking these because my moods before my period were really off. Like crying for EVERYTHING off and severely depressed. That hasn't happened to me and the only thing I can think are these vitamins. Now to get pregnant. Goes Well With:L-Carnitine Tablets

Amazing
I purchased these as my periods have been irregular the past few months. I was getting concerned and considered attending the doctors. But I thought I would try these first due to great reviews. This month I came on the exact date I was due on, and I have noticed my IBS issues and mood swings have pretty much stopped since taking these tablets. These are INCREDIBLE.

I was getting desperate and saw these and thought why not and I am already so impressed. I was struggling with post ovulation issues like breast pain where I couldn’t exercise or go running as it was so painful. I have struggled with being late on my periods and after one month of these tablets I had a regular cycle and this month I have no breast pain! So Glad I Bought These
I’ve always struggled with hormones, like I believe many of us women have. Since taking these, my acne has calmed down (still get some spots but no where NEAR as many), I feel calmer throughout my cycle, my sleep has improved, my nails are in better condition, I’ve had so much new hair growth, and my PMS is so much more manageable. I have PCOS, I have suffered for 20 years with heavy periods, pain and hormonal acne. This has eliminated all of them. Sorry if this TMI but even my flow texture has changed. I’d recommend this to everyone woman. This stuff is a miracle.

Amazing!
I've been using these for almost a month now, and I've definitely noticed a difference! I started using them as a solution for hormonal ance, and overall issues with my hormones. I can happily say I haven't had a hormonal breakout it around than 2 weeks! They're easy to take and I've had zero issues whatsoever. Will definitely be purchasing again once I'm out!
