Godsend
5I’ve had horrible irregular bleeding for 3 years before trying these, resulting in periods lasting 4-6 weeks and being very painful and heavy, I found myself being on more than off. Since taking these capsules in January until now I’ve seen a massive decline in the duration and both the regulation of my periods and the pain is much less. Definitely worth trying if you’re having issues or experiencing symptoms of PCOS 🩵🩵

5I was a little sceptical about taking these, wondered if they would do anything or if I would feel the benefits. One thing I have noticed is my skin is clearer, better hair growth and better mood stability I’ve definitely noticed my mood swings are a lot calmer, and only once in about 6-months have I had depressive state of emotions. I still get grumpy but I feel that that’s down to other factors. I think clearer skin is also down to a topical solution I’ve bought and hair growth is also down to multi vitamins, but these are definitely helping.

Pcos irregular periods
5I was recently diagnosed to have Pcos. With my symptoms doctors pushed towards the contraceptive pill but I wanted to work on things more naturally. My irregular periods had gotten to be nearly 2months apart. A couple diet changes, more exercise and starting Vit D did help a little. Seeing other reviews I tried the Hormone Balance capsules. After only half of a Month taking, my period came on 5 days earlier than had been expected. This got me closer to my goal of a monthly cycle again. I will be continuing to take and hope they can help my hormones more with time. Very happy to have tried them.

Game changer
5After a few weeks of taking these I already feel like myself again, my period came on time this month (they have been very irregular) and I just feel like I have more energy. I’ve also been taking these alongside another brand of inositol but I’ve noticed myprotein do this too for a lot cheaper so I’ll be switching to that as well!

Amazing
5I bought this after a twitter review, at the time I was having an extra long period and after taking it for a day my period stopped, I carried on taking it consistently and when my period came it was the least amount of pain I've ever experienced on my period, I didn't even know it was coming and usually the first two days for me are crippling, I've now bought 2x more bottles so would 100% recommend.

Amazing product
5As others it’s an amazing product I’ve been without for 2 months and really feeling the effects of PMDD. Can anyone who’s found an alternative leave a review of something I can take.

5This is the only supplement that works for my PCOS and it's always sold out. It brings back your cycle, I promise! Started taking it end of November and the first week of January I felt the pms and boom! My period came after that week. I've tried expensive brands with no results that I will have to take whilr this ones gets restocked soon!

Pretty good
4I read all of the reviews of this product and thought I would give it a go: 1) I've never struggled with my periods and they are regular so I haven't noticed a difference in this department 2) I feel like my body hair is growing back slower since taking these (could just be my mind playing tricks from reading other reviews) 3) I definitely feel more calm and relaxed, not so 'hot headed' so I think they have helped with my moods. 4) Breast pain no more which is great 5) I've only been taking consistently for 1 or 2 months Goes Well With:I also take collagen, multi Vits and Omega 3
