Seems to do the job
5Seems to give me a little bit of an edge in the gym, and also decreases my recovery. An added bonus is it seems to keep plenty in the tanks!

Tastes good but undrinkable duecto awful mixing
1Brought the bitter Lemon. Product is virtually unuseable as mixability is shocking. Even reducing to one scoop (3 grams) leaves clumps of powder unable to mix. Even tried in a blender & still clumpy. Afraid to say absolute waste of money. Goes Well With:Nothing

4I find that it’s pretty effective but oh myyyyyy… the flavour is something to contend with. Feel slightly nauseous thinking about it actually 😂

BCAA
5Me & husband loves the BCAA powder form. Same effectiveness as the tablet but the powder is way better in my opinion as you can drink it better & safer before & after workout. Helps with DOMS too. The Berry burst is our favorite flavor, it taste very refreshing. It goes down well. Goes Well With:Water

Very Effective intra-workout
