Easy. Effective and affordable.
4These work well after a leg day or long weights work out or HIIT, especially if you train everyday. It’ll help with sleep and recovery if you take pre-workouts too. Goes Well With:Pre work outs

Good but needs a bit of time to mix
5Good flavour and not grainy at all. Does take a bit longer than expected to mix, but not really an issue if your taking it to the gym. Goes Well With:Sweat, weights and hard work.

Good product, but bad taste (berry blast)
3I've tried a few BCAA powders before. This one mixes much better and appears to be effective. But the flavour of berry blast is so horribly artificial-tasting. I have to mix with squash to make it palatable!

4I know it’s unflavoured but not a great aftertaste .. will definately buy flavoured next time. Good value though.
