4Not sure if placebo effect but drinking this before/during my workout does give me a bit of a pep! Berry burst flavour is quite nice!

5I'm at squash player so, either at the start or middle of a workout this supliment is the perfect blend to keep energy levels high and performance consistent. As this blend is versatile, it also provides good muscle recovery properties to be consumed at the end of a tough workout. I ordered this product in the Berry Burst flavor and it's so good - I'll be ordering again. Goes Well With:I use water.

Great Product
5I tend to use this as an intra exercise drink. I've used BCAAs before and they haven't tasted great. This however I was very tasty. Also, feel like recovery from sessions have improved since starting this.

5Nice quality. Bought plum flavored one. Excellent taste, I add it literally everywhere (porridge, protein shakes). Goes Well With:Water, milk

Love it
5Bitter lemon is my favourite flavour! Mix it with creatine before I leave and it’s perfectly mixed by time I reach the gym. Don’t train without it! Goes Well With:Creatine unflavoured!
