Good product, but don’t get the unflavoured
5Love this product, it really makes a difference. Taking this along with glucosamine and protein really reduces DOMS and muscle fatigue following your workouts. However don’t get the unflavoured, it takes like aspirin lol. We mix it with the clear vegan lemon lime protein so you can’t taste it which is good. But if you’re having it on it’s own then it’s a horrible taste 🙉 Goes Well With:Clear vegan lemon lime protein or flavoured water

Decent Product
4A decent product that tastes well, only issue I have is it stains my seal on my shaker which is a pain to clean but other than that overall it is good. Not sure how much it does in terms of working out, I feel like it has an affect on my energy levels and recovery but could just be a placebo. I would recommend giving it a go and seeing if it benefits you as its not expensive.Goes Well With:Water

High quality product with good taste
5I really enjoyed the taste - it's a nice sweet treat before a workout. It doesn't dissolve perfectly in water - but I actually like that about the product. BCAAs shouldn't mix perfectly with water because they are hydrophobic. So it lets me know that it's high quality and not just a bunch of additives.

Amino Acids Review
5The amino acids really helps with muscle recovery, I notice the different when I run out and don’t take it while I’m waiting on my delivery from my protein. Great stuff highly recommend the grape flavour it’s my go to every time! Goes Well With:I use this with my water while working out or occasionally in my pre workout.

Just good BCAA source
5Although I’ve never been a fan of extra BCAA, as we need all 8 essential amino acids (not just 3 of them), but caught them on very attractive price and bought. Don’t regret, as product is high quality as majority of products of this company.Goes Well With:Water
