Great bcaa
5Bought plum taste bcaa 2:1:1 ratio . mixes up realy easy , taste is realy good . after few daya uaing start feeling efects on less fatigue next day after training session

Does what it claims
4After reading articles about the benefits for muscle recovery i opted to try this out…. I was bad at keeping up any weight based exercise routine through lockdown and now i’ve come back to it found it hard on my body now i’ve piled the weight back on! This has worked brilliantly though!! I’ve used it as recommended on the pack not just for weight sessions but for work too (i’m on my feet 9hrs a time lugging cases of stock around all day!) had none of the usual full body aches and pains so am actually doing more. Only downside is the flavour - i opted for strawberry lime and it has a horrible chemical taste. I disguise it best i can mixing it with strawberry laces clear whey but will definitely be checking out other flavour reviews before i pick the next flavourGoes Well With:Strawberry lace clear whey

I'm actually shocked how bad this tastes
1Yeah, I am shocked how bad it tastes. I tried putting only 1 scoop in a large box of Whey Protein, hoping that the taste would be lost. But somehow, this dust goes veery far, and made all the why protein have the gross after taste. I would say definitely get this in tablet form NOT powder form.

Amazing for during a workout
5Grape is so far my favourite flavour. I can find some flavours abit sickly but grape is just the perfect balance. Especially for during a workout. Goes Well With:Water

BCAA 2:1:1
4I find this a very usual and effective way of making sure I get enough BCAA’s in my supplementation. I mix it in to a very strong instant coffee half an hour before my workout and in to my after workout shake. It doesn’t taste the best but when mixed in to these things it’s easy enough to drink. Goes Well With:Creatine mono hydrate, taurine and Lysine when mixed with an instant coffee or a protein shake.

Seems to help during training
5I take mine during my lifting sessions and also during BJJ sparing sessions, I’m hoping it just helps with my body maintaining muscle when I’m during more strength endurance work. Plum flavour is curious but it mixes well and tastes fine cold. I don’t eat heaps of meet so can see the benefits of have BCAA in my diet as a way to top up what might be missing from my diet.

5Love this product great way of topping up your protein when struggling to hit macros. Helps me keep muscle while doing cardio sessions when dieting or perfect anytime, tastes great I love strawberry lime flavour! Goes Well With:Water as the bcaa flavour is strong enough

Terrible smell
2I am sorry to say that the Strawberry Lime taste is not great at all. The smell is very, very strong and to be honest a bit disturbing. I do love myprotein's products but this taste has to be reviewed in my opinion. I definitely would have preferred if Blood Orange was not discontinued. That was just perfect.
