My go to Intra workout over the summer
4I've been using BCAA powder as an intra-workout drink over the summer. Started with the 'Berry Burst' flavour (it seemed to get the best reviews), although lately I've also tried the 'Cola' flavour. I tend to mix it up as a rather weak 'squash' (5 g of BCAA powder to 600 ml water in a MyProtein stainless steel shaker bottle). Both flavours are perfectly acceptable at this dilution. The 'Berry Burst' is probably my favourite of these two. I also bought some of the 'Tropical' flavour, but I've not tried that just yet. Goes Well With:600 ml water in a shaker bottle.

Essential BCAA 2:1:1 Powder
4Another good product, taste is good as with all my protein products. I sometimes feel the mix is a little grainy, sometimes requires that extra few shakes to totally dissolve the BCAA powder.

Tastes great
5I got the grape one and it’s very sweet but tastes amazing. Tastes way better than some of the other flavours. It also works really well after a workout, I don’t feel any almost any pain the next day, like I used to ache so much the next couple of days and I don’t really ache at all now, I feel like I have more energy to go longer and push further. Goes Well With:Water

Do NOT GET UNFLAVOURED
1Unflavoured isn't really unflavoured but tastes so bad it will ruin any shake. Get something else.Goes Well With:Nothing at all

This BCAA product is really bad and wasted of money
1This BCAA product is really bad and wasted of money. I saw these are good reviews about it, how effective it is and value for money etc but I recently bought a few (was on promotion) and thought it will help me get more focused and give me more energy and reduce my body fatigue but unfortunately, non of that happened so far despite the fact that I have been taking it for almost 2 weeks now. The taste is also bad (tried both cola and tropical). If there is 0 score I'd definitely give it. My advice, do not waste your money on this product and instead buy good brands pre-workouts.Goes Well With:Water, whey protein.

Great taste
5It taste really nice. Especially when using very cold water and ice. I don’t ache as much since drinking BCAA. Especially leg days.Goes Well With:Ice cold water and crushed ice.

Dissolves extremely bad
1Unfortunately, the powder dissolves awfully in water and creates a bad foam at the top 😢

It’s ok
3I don’t think I’ve ever had any results from using the various BCAA powders I’ve purchased from Myprotein but generally use them just as a drink when in the gym (as it says use during, before or after a workout). The Blue Raspberry flavour is a average at best, mixes ok with water (some powder left at times) but the taste is odd, no actual flavour I can really explain but deff not Blue Raspberry which most would say is a Blue Slush Puppy. If you want to use BCAA I found the Berry Burst the nicest by taste.

Does not mix well at all
1Put it in a shaker, tried using a whisk even tried blending it. Does not mix or even dissolve honestly avoid purchasing. Pay a couple quid extra get a proper branded bcca. Taste, efficiency and everything is appropriate for the extra quid

A good addition
4Its a good addition to mix with your post workout protein shake! If you are lacking on amino acids, such as leucine, isoleucine, and valine then this is the supplement for you! Myself, personally, I have also go Essential EAA's as I feel this would have more of a benefit of me (and also contains 9 instead of 3 of the essential amino acids) Great item nevertheless and I do recommend!
