Honestly quite disappointed
1Not the best I've every had, got the berry blast flavour and it just isn't that good, takes ages to mix in a bottle of water and although the initial taste is good it has a horrendous aftertaste kinda like a sweet that's been sitting in a draw for a year or 2. Bit sure if I just got a bad package or what but I really wouldn't recommend. Disappointing as the cookies and cream pancake mix and Cinnamon Danish impact whey protein powder where both really good 😔

5I product that works for once. been taking BCAA for almost 1 year I actually gained a small amount of muscle. I was very surprised as I do long Bike & runs. Massively helped with recovery time. I use 20g a day Definitely recommend Goes Well With:Water

5Does exactly what it states, although the taste is awful it mixes well with creatine and impact whey protein for a super shake first thing in the morning. Feeling stronger than ever and recovering well to make sure I can squeeze in each muscle group twice a week.Goes Well With:Impact whey protein Creatine

You get what you pay for
1First time purchasing BCAA from MP and powdered form. I usually purchase branded capsules from another company and have been doing for many years. Decided to give these guys a try due to a really good offer. Firstly very difficult to mix even after mixing can be a chalky which makes your mouth dry during training sessions. I have tried using a blender. In terms of effectiveness compare to a regular brand I use. I felt the quality was definitely poor. Usually with BCAA I get insane pumps whereby I struggle to even move my arms to shave after a morning gym sessions, I get an energy increase and quicker recovery times I can feel the difference when I have not been taken BCAA. I did not feel any of these benefits with this with this product I take BCAA during cardio sessions to prevent muscle break down but with this powder I felt it did not help. After switching to my previous brand I have felt a huge difference in the effects and benefits. Highly recommend sticking to a reputable brand of BCAA as the difference is night and day.Goes Well With:Water using a blender.

5No complaints I have the mango flavour very nice , mixed very well no lumps dissolved quickly. Would recommend cold water not room temperature

Amazing
5Strawberry/Lime is the one guys, it tastes amazing and it works perfectly. I can't live without this.. without sounding like a groupie.. but it'ssss banginnnn.
