4I find BCAA 2:1:1 powered quick and easy to use as part of a regular diet. My only 'watch-out' from a personal prospective is go for a flavour and not the unflavoured optionGoes Well With:Creatine

5Great product, only downside is the taste. I use the unflavoured BCAA because I feel the overall contents is slightly better than the flavoured, however it is not pleasant but you do get used to it. Goes Well With:Water

Like licking paracetamol
3BCAAs are a brilliant thing but i'd suggest going for a flavoured option the unflavoured version takes like letting a paracetamol disolve on your tongueGoes Well With:I mask the flavour with ground ginger

New flavour tried and love it
5I just bought a new flavour, strawberry and lime, and it is so good. I’ve had watermelon and berry blast which are ok but this is way better. I mix it with a bit of pink Himalayan sea salt, which helps to soften the sweetness a bit. Goes Well With:Pink Himalayan sea salt

Unflavored a definite no
1I purchased this mistakenly instead of peach mango and it’s absolutely awful. It tastes like chemicals. Really bad . The peach mango is delish- don’t let this put you off their BCAA. And it gets excellent excellent ratings for efficacy on lab testing. Just not unflavoredGoes Well With:The drain

4mixed well even not in a shaker bottle but a normal water bottle, just wish I picked a diffrent flavour as tropical doesn't taste as good as other tropical products

1Don’t buy unflavoured. Worst mistake I made!! Doesn’t dissolve, tastes of pure chemicals and made me retch!!

Just doesn’t mix
4Refuses to mix in water (unflavoured). Used once so far, before workout, felt stronger but may have been a placebo

5I think it tastes like blue slush puppy, great with ice cold water. Only gripe is it doesnt totally mix great and sometimes you get granules in there. I dont mind sweetners but if you do this probably isnt the flavour for you.Goes Well With:Water 350ml
