Taste is to be desired
5The flavour of this needs work. The flavour was quite subtle in comparison to the additives. The only way I could get past the taste was to mix it with my same flavour preworkout. However, very smooth consistency.Goes Well With:Preworkout

Smell terrible and taste as terribly
1This product smell like yeast and even mixed with chocolate protein you can feel the terrible taste.

You've all been cheating
5I've been going to the gym for over a decade and as I've grown older, my recovery speed has taken a big hit. The dreaded DOMs, which as a teenager I used to shake off like a light hangover have recently been really getting in the way of my workout routine. Having been taking the BCAAs for a week, it feels like I'm permanently on pain killers. I can still tell I'm in recovery - my muscles are still a little stiff and I wouldn't want to put that muscle group through another exercise right away, but I can power through a different muscle group without any issues. Seriously regretting the years I've spent not using these. I got berry blast, not mad about the flavour (it's pretty sweet), but it's far from the worst thing I've tasted. Tastes a bit like a slushie mix of some sort. Looking forward to having it as an actual slushie (with crushed ice) during the summer. It takes ~5 minutes for the powder to fully mix. DO NOT mix this in a glass. Do it in a shaker or you will be left with powder floating on the surface of your drink.Goes Well With:Crushed Ice? I Hope?

Wish I'd properly read reviews first
3For some reason (and very unlike me) I didnt read reviews properly before purchase and just went for the unflavoured powder. It tastes DISGUSTING and does not mix well at all. However BCAAs in general is a great supplement so after I've gone through a kilo of this nasty stuff (!) I will be repurchasing a flavoured version! Anyone whos made the same mistake with unflavoured...add a bit of fruit squash with water and put through blender...just about mixes and is just about palatable!

5Good product, exactly what you would expect. However, when you open this package for the first time the white powder will go EVERYWHERE, please listen to my warning to avoid a huge mess and open the package outside.

Essential BCAA 2:1:1 Powder
3I am not sure if it was just my batch, but the taste is very odd, bitter and hard to swallow! It is hard for me to fully judge this though as I have never previously taken BCAA, also, this was the unflavoured version. My first scoop, I really struggled, but I think I am slightly getting to used to it, and it's easier once the liquid volume is increased, although it does not mix too well, often forms a "froff" which does not dissolve, leaving the bitter taste till the end. Although, no gains without pain!! I am happy to use to the rest in hope that it helps me or can be used for fasted workouts!Goes Well With:Lots of liquid and food immediately after to wash away the taste

GRAPE IS DELICIOUS
5Hope this flavour stays, if you like grape soda you'll love this. I normally have this during a work out as well as unflavoured creatine before and after a workout and definitely found and and improvement in my recovery.

4Quick and to the point. Tastes awesome , if you like welches Grape juice you will like this product. Can be very frothy when mixed but not too much of an issue. have nothing to compare it to but the taste is great! and Epstein didnt kill himselfGoes Well With:water !!!
