Great flavour

2Bought this product roughly a month ago or five weeks. Bought this for the purpose that i read into all this 'muscle builder' etc so, yes that was a factor behind the purchase but proteins are a little too expensive for me and dont last long enough so I bought this because it was half price and needed somethin to sweeten up my smoothie. After around five weeks, I can confirm that I havent noticed any changes to my body and often feel my muscles are pretty sore after a work out. I would recommend this to add flavour to a (horrible tasting) smoothie but if you want it to recover muscles quicker then it's not recommended. Flavour is pretty nice though (mango and peach) in a smoothie but not sure what it's like alone.Goes Well With:A smoothie

Blue Raspberry
5This is the first time using BCAAs and I can say I’ve definitely made the right decision. The blue raspberry flavour is amazing but can leave a weird after taste sometimes. I’ve noticed I’m not half as tired as I used to be and I feel like I have a lot more energy to do things in the day and when I workout too. Would definitely recommend this flavour but can’t compare as it’s the only flavour I have tried. Goes Well With:Water

Ice Tea- Amazing
5I recently bought the Ice Tea flavour and it's really delicious. Mixes really well and doesn't settle at the bottom after a while like some other brands. I mix mine with unflavoured creatine and water and it's perfect for my training. It really helps reduce my DOMS after heavy weight training. Would certainly recommend and would buy againGoes Well With:Water
