Convenient protein/energy drinks
5Tasty flavours, especially nice chilled. This is a great alternative to protein shakes in the Summer. Fantastic as a pre-workout or post-workout drink. They are low in calories and are great as a portable drink.

Helps me power through last 15 mins
5I do cardio intense (‘intensity of 10 cities’ intense!) workouts and used to drink coconut water as a low sugar way of rehydrating. Since switching to these I find I am stronger in the last 15 mins of workouts (I finish with a rowing machine sprint and am now clocking better times) and am not knackered afterwards like I used to be. Whatever the magic ingredient is in these, it is working. Goes Well With:Cardio intense workouts

BCAA Energy Drink
5This is my favourite product! Tastes good and has perfect amount of caffeine to fuel your workout. Also the added BCAA's are a bonus to help with recovering your muscles throughout each day. Then you have the creatine which is also good for energy levels. Brilliant product!

Easy and effective
5These are so easy to grab before a workout and taste fine, not too much caffeine but deffo gives you a buzz.

5These taste good. I can’t say I felt super energized after but the taste is good and had pre workout so possibly did have an effect

BCAA
4Good tasting product with a strong but good taste. The BCAA are noticeable in helping with recovery. Only downside is it states 150mg is caffeine which I don’t really seem to feel as much as some other pre workouts I’ve had.

5The taste is amazing, before work, a workout I cannot fault it. I love the stuff and in all flavours. My favourite has to be the cherry cola. Great stuff for a little pick me up.

5Lovely taste and added energy required for a 0630 HIIT class really saw some gains in performance after a can of this quality product
