Bubbly!
5I had heard about casein not mixing well so I was expecting this to be a little clumpy, but I found it very smooth, more so than my usual whey protein. it does, however, fill most of my shaker up with bubbles so I have to slurp at it for a good 30 seconds to get them all out! I opted for the chocolate one and, flavour-wise, it tastes a lot more chocolatey than the whey protein version. A little bit like a watered-down Nesquik milkshake (if anybody remembers those).Goes Well With:Water works just fine

Great night time drink
5I bought the unflavoured powder in error but it tuned out to be a good error. I bought some of the flavour drops and now can have a different flavour each time. I mix it with only a little milk and rest with could water but it still tastes great with the flavour drops. It mixes really well and is nice and thick to drink. Goes Well With:Flavour drops

Tastes great just dry scooping it…
5So I have this just before bed and like a savage I just dry scoop it… it tastes better this way personally speaking. I put like a dribble of water in a tea cup and pop a scoop of casein in then mix it together, just so it’s a tiny bit more clumpy. Finally I get a spoon and eat it… thank me later. Chocolate and vanilla are the best!Goes Well With:Almond nuts. Enhances the effects of the slow release during sleep!

Not as enjoyable as other protein mixes
2I've used casein before, but not for quite a while. I figured buying some might be good to help settle some sweet pre bed cravings and get a boost of protein at the same time. I think the protein seems to be reasonably OK, does its job. The taste is "fine". Not awful, but not amazing. However the texture is really grainy. I'm not sure if this is just the strawberry, or the casein in general; not something I remember from using a similar product previously.

Casein
5I mix 1 scoop of casein and 1 scoop of whey isolate and half a scoop of egg white powder. Mix it in a blender to make a slow release protein drink to have at night before bed.

Great taste
5I’ve recently joined a boot camp to tone & loose some weight. We had to hit a target of 160g protein which I was struggling with so they recommended this product. I didn’t think I’d like it at all as I don’t like milky drinks but I was wrong. I chose the vanilla flavour & mix it with water & I love it. I have it as a dessert & am hitting protein targets with no problems now. I highly recommend

great for late night protein oatmeal
4i love mixing this in with my porridge as a final meal before bed. it is a little bland on its own, so i usually add in some flavour drops or sweeteners. keeps me full for a long time

It does the job
3On its own, I tend to find the casein tasting a bit powdery. Doesn’t really matter if it’s added to water or milk, there’s a kind of bitty-ness to it that detracts. However I tend to add the chocolate flavour to some Greek yoghurt with a splash of milk for a pre-bed protein boost and tasty treat. Give it a go!

Worthwhile
5I have only been using this for a few weeks, however I do feel that it's helping so far. Good to take just before bed and muscle aches are reduced by morning. Vanilla flavour is spot on, mixing isn't great but for sake of a small drink it's not really an issue - just don't make in a shaker, instead put it in a glass or cup and add a bit of milk slowly and mix thoroughly, as I say it'd not 100% but way better than in a shaker.Goes Well With:Milk

Tasty
4This was easy to make, good taste. Not powdery like others I’ve tried. Also very filling. Does what it says on the tin!
