Not the best I have tasted
3I mixed it with water for a considerable amount of time and it still tastes like suspension. I would say if you care a lot about taste, then maybe this is not for you. However, do keep in mind most casein doesn’t taste good. It’s just this is a little worse than average.

Doesn’t mix well and foams a lot when shaken
1Had this a few time since ordering last week , not the biggest fan of it when mixing it with water or milk it doesn’t mix the best and the foam on top takes up about half the shaker Goes Well With:Unsure tried with milk and water and had the same issue

A staple in your hypertrophy plan!
5Caesin is where its at for that pre-bed shake. Especially after a heavy weight session for protein synthesis. Lets me keep my muscle considering as a woman building it takes TIME! I got vanilla flvaour, good to fire in a mixer with bannana, strawberries and some honey! Yeh would recommend :)

MIX with milk not water!
4I enjoyed the chocolate, but i made the mistake of mixing it with water, first thing in the morning i needed to run for the toilet, gave me morning diaherria. I did this several times, but i often put it down to something i had eaten, but when i started mixing with semi skimmed normal milk, it actually works properly, I mixed it with lacto free milk and found again i needed the toilet in the morning. Tastes good, mixes well gets a bit on the frothy side, you need to rinse your shaker after consumption other wise it sticks on badly. Goes Well With:Normal semi skimmed milk. Mix with water and your gonna need a nappy or an on-sweat bog!

Stirred not shaken
4Took me a very long time to figure this out. The flavour (I got strawberry) might be the best flavoured protein I've tried. But if you just throw it in a shaker like it's whey it clumps and just doesn't mix well. BUT if you put it in a glass of water and just stir it it eventually mixes fine! Nearly gave up with it because of the texture but so glad I tried stirring! Really good for before bed and helps with DOMS.Goes Well With:Water

Seal on bag is ABYSMAL
1I'm giving this a 1 star overall, purely because the bag seal really does my head in. It's such a poor design, it just doesn't close easily despite several attempts. It really puts me off the product itself. Sort it out Myprotein. Goes Well With:Water.

Exactly what you need
5Same as advertised, Gaining well compare to other products with highest price worked really well...Goes Well With:Milk, even used by yoghurt....

Works well tastes bad
4Seems to do it’s job but doesn’t taste nice at all and very hard to mix. I have to blend mine with frozen berries to mask the sandy chalky flavour but once mixed it tastes fine and does it job perfectly. Goes Well With:Frozen berries blended with milk
