Chalky and foamy
1Very chalky gritty taste and foams up A LOT. Very difficult to drink. Vanilla flavour taste is ok but the texture is very off-putting.Goes Well With:Ice

Slow release Casein
3I bought this last week to try, as I thought it would be a good way to stop eating late at night and prevent hunger. It seems to be doing its job for the most part, but the smell is pretty putrid like low quality brands and not what you'd expect from myprotein. It lacks any real flavour, too, even though it's meant to be chocolate, so I now either had a bit of agave nectar or my myprotein chocolate sauce too give it a bit of flavour. Personally feel that I'll be giving this a miss next time.

Awful
1Usually a fan of most things from my protein but this has to be one of the worst things I’ve ever tasted. I got it in chocolate and it mixes awfully and leaves horrible little bits around your mouth. How this passed quality control I’ll never know.Goes Well With:Nothing

Wouldn’t buy again
1Flavour isn’t strong at all. If you mix with water it’s really watery with a hint of chocolate. It’s ok if you mix with milk but regardless of how you mix it whether in a hand shaker or a blender it just really doesn’t mix well and becomes like a foam and leaves a coating on the inside of your mouth

Avoid Chocolate flavour
1I have previously tried the strawberry flavour and that tastes nice but doesn't mix well. As I tend to like chocolate protein I foolishly bought 2.5kg of this Chocolate Casien thinking it would mix better. In the years Ive been training and using supplements this is the singe worst thing I have EVER tried. This Flavour protein tastes so bad its pretty much impossible to consume genuinely like drinking chocolate washing up liquid. On the whole I like Myprotein products but I strongly suggest you avoid this at all costs.Goes Well With:nothing its unconsumable

Tastes grim
2Tastes like stale beer (supposedly chocolate) and froths up so much you can't drink half of it even if you wanted to. Glad I only got 1kg, will stick to Impact Whey from now

Great half hour to an hour before bed
5I’ve tried a lot of shakes and this one has been the best one for me. Great taste, I always mix mine in a blender with a banana and water. Works a treat. Makes you feel a bit tired when it starts kicking in I found which is why it’s great for bed time. I also have one after my morning work out alongside a light brunch. Will be trying the elite one next 👌Goes Well With:Water, milk, banana

The best flavour casein
4I have been trying to have casein at night time to aid recovery. I have tried both strawberry and chocolate really struggling to drink them due to flavour and texture. The vanilla is a much improvement with a great taste and when blended runs nice and smooth. My choir at the end of a day has become a treat. Would recommend! Goes Well With:Milk when blended

Bulking
5i bought this to help me bulk along with a mass gainer and the combo seems to be doing its job as ive gained 1.5kg of muscle in a very short amount of time and it also helps me with my recovery very much. I would recommend for anyone to buy flavourd as unflavourd needs to be mixed with something i use nesquik. I very much recommend this product to anyone bulking or anyone who is weight training. Goes Well With:Nesquik, water, milk
