Happy with purchase
5Smooth and great tasting with just water. Reminds me of a strawberry milkshake. When mixed there is a lot of foam but this doesn't effect the taste or texture

Good Pre-Sleep Protein
5Good slow digesting protein to feed you muscles when you may not be having a meal for a while or when you're sleeping. The flavour and mixing is as expected, use a shaker or a spoon to mix it, and leave for a few minutes so the frothy/foam texture can subside... Only negative worth mentioning is it does have the standard creatine gritty/grainy/sandy texture - but that's casein for you! It's about the best you're gonna get!Goes Well With:Water or Milk.

5Its very good. But u must "reafresh" with news taste. Like cinabon,banana,coconut,peanut butter,cookie and cream. Or somothing like this. .Lol.

Great bedtime shake and a good way to get much needed protein at night
5Great quality item as usual from myprotein. I struggle to find a good source of protein to have in the evening/night, but this slow release does the job for me! Nicely mixes with water or milk (I prefer water - not as heavy on the stomach) and it's reassuring to know you're getting that protein release throughout your sleep!

Great product, great taste!
5Extremely effective over-night protein, does the job. I’ve had both flavours- chocolate and vanilla. I would keep changing the flavours every time you finish a bag, the two flavours can get very repetitive. Goes Well With:Milk.

5Casein is great as a late "snack". If you're a fan of protein powder cooking, this product is perfect for adding texture and absorbing liquids from yogurt-type of ingredients. Goes Well With:Water, yogurt

Very disappointing
1I bought the 2.5Kg of Chocolate Brownie and mixed it as directed (tried both water then milk), and got nothing but sludge with the consistency of curdled milk with 3 times as much foam. Not the sort of awesome sludge pudding you make with MTS whey either. The taste is that of the first generation protein powders you got from 20-30 years ago..... very much like cardboard with a hint of chocolate. No were near as good as the standard Impact Whey. Don't know about the benefits, as I've only tried using it a few times. I'm determined to find a way to use it, so as not to be a complete waste of money, but definitely won't be buying it again.

Slow release Casein (first time taken)
5Slow release Casein ,vanilla flavour. Dinit know what to expect. Never had a protein milk shake before . After a work out with in minutes I feel refreshed and stronger . I also take a protein shake 1 hour before bed. In the morning I feel great . Thank you. My protein. I will order more in the near future . And other products I will try, Pre work and Amino acid tablets. Great for the near 60 year old. Age is just a figure. Thank you. Greg JonesGoes Well With:Hopefully pre work and Amino tablets.
