Wasn’t sure at first.
5Wasn’t to sure about this at first, found it very foamy and chalky when drinking with water. But I have realised this mixes very easy so you don’t need to shake it like an idiot to get it to mix. It literally needs about 2-3 hard shakes and it’s sorted, it’s the hard shaking that makes it really foamy. Hope this helps. Helped me a lot. Goes Well With:Water and dem gainz

value for your money
5The casein is so good and I’ll advise one to take it in the evening, it keeps you full the entire night and the morning. It came handy for me since I’m cutting down for summer. I ordered the non-flavored one and it’s so tasteless as expected, horrible with water so best you use milk to mix it up and drink it up within a reasonable time. If you leave it for hours mixed up, your bottle shaker will start smellingGoes Well With:Milk

A very fine powder
3Beware - this thing likes to fly! It's in a very fine powder form and every movement causes it to fill the surrounding environment. Taste feels very artificial (I had chocolate) and you definitely need to mix it with something else. To me, it didn't give such filling effect - even if I took 3 portions in a day (in addition to other food). I took it as a dessert for my main dishes. Like others have already stated, on contact with water, casein "expands". But I found a cool solution - if you mix it with acidic juice (lemon, lime) then it inhibits the expanding process and you can preserve the liquid state of it.Goes Well With:Citrus fruits

Great price and quality
5I picked up a bag of vanilla & chocolate not knowing what to expect, but I wasn’t disappointed! From previous experience, casein never tastes great.. But the MP casein tasted good, mixed well and is well priced! I have a scoop after my sessions and before bed. Definitely worth a buy! Goes Well With:Water

Slow release Casein - Chocolate
5Started taking this later in the day due to slow release qualities. Thicker than normal protein but mixes just as good. Currently on the chocolate which gives the sweet fix also. Lovely tasting and mixes very easy in a standard shaker with just water. Have also used in a blender to make protein pancakes and just as effective. Once finished this and the vanilla flavour will definitely order more. Cracking find. Goes Well With:Water Almond milk

2First bad product I've ever had from Myprotein. Mixes poorly and just froths up in shaker. Ordered chocolate....but tastes of nothing. Very chalky. Really regret buying it 😞Goes Well With:Water is slightly better than milk as it doesn't froth up as bad.

Bad taste
3Took the chocolate one - the taste is so artificial, mix it with some other strong tastes to consume. Didn't notice that filling effect, what others are stating. Mixing requires some time - take it easy. It's a very fine powder.

Casein
5Good mixability, great value for money. I personally always use unflavored, so I can't vouch for how the other flavours taste. I also use it with whole milk to make it a more complete shake. Overall a good product.Goes Well With:Milk and a good nights sleep.

Unflavored
1I ordered by accident the unflavored version instead of something else and I must warn you - this is absolutely disgusting! I've tried to mix it with milk, water, use as pancake mix, but the "unflavored" taste is just horrible. This also mixes very poorly, but the I could live with that if the taste was anything even bearable. I'm about to throw out a full 2.5kg bag and order something else. Waste of money.

5Got this for a bit of growth at night time, had to change the time from half an hour before bed to over 2 hrs, could not get to sleep at all. Mixes better with water than milk and tastes quite good, I have strawberry. Does help with reducing post workout pains, so I love it.Goes Well With:Water
