Delivering at least 15g of high-quality protein in each delicious serving, Impact Diet Lean is a great way to support a calorie-controlled diet.
In calorie-controlled protein rich diets, it can be difficult to reach the required daily amount of dietary fibres. That’s why we’ve also included LeanBiome®, which contains a blend of Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), glucomannan and chromium.
Glucomannan is a water-soluble dietary fibre and popular weight-loss ingredient— providing powerful support to help you achieve your weight-loss goals.1
Glucomannan contributes to the reduction of body weight, in the context of an energy restricted diet,1 while chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels,2 as well as also contributing to normal macronutrient metabolism.3

In calorie-controlled protein rich diets, it can be difficult to reach the required daily amount of dietary fibres. That’s why we’ve also included LeanBiome®, which contains a blend of Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), glucomannan and chromium.
Glucomannan is a water-soluble dietary fibre and popular weight-loss ingredient— providing powerful support to help you achieve your weight-loss goals.1
Glucomannan contributes to the reduction of body weight, in the context of an energy restricted diet,1 while chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels,2 as well as also contributing to normal macronutrient metabolism.3

Great protein, great in oats. Vanilla flavour.
This protein powder is so smooth in texture, blends so well in oats and makes them so creamy. Vanilla was the best flavour so hope My Protein bring this back!Goes Well With:Ice cold water, milk, almond milk, oats.

Amazing!
So glad I purchased this! Been having trouble with binge eating for so long and due to that I wasn't able to lose any weight even with exercising but this helped me so much! After my morning workout I drink it and I'm full the whole day through. I lost quite a bit of weight and I only started..love it! Also, brown sugar tastes absolutely amazing!

Terrible taste. It is actually milk tea brown sugar. If I had know that I wouldn't have purchased. Taste like a week old builders tea. Too sweet and like dishwater consistencyGoes Well With:Cut my losses and disposed of it immediately

This has worked fantastic for me the only criticism is it didn’t taste as good as the meal replacement .. but otherwise it’s shred me down to the 5lb I needed to loose Goes Well With:Cla and Thermopure

Great flavour (vanilla)
After reading all the positive reviews about this product I thought I'd give it a try and I wasn't disappointed. The flavour is great, it's not too sweet which is perfect for me. I was looking for for more of a meal replacement, however, this still does the job. I mix with 1/2 water, 1/2 almond milk & add spinach, chia seeds & little portion of frozen fruit then blitz in my nutriblender & viola! I|'ve even added a small scoop to my porridge. It does give me the full feeling at a fraction of the cost of other protein makes & still providing the high levels of protein. My only issue is even if you reduce the liquid, it's still a little runny & would prefer a thicker shake but you can't have it all!

Amazing.
My main concern with this was taste because protein shakes often are grainy and awful tasting. This is delicious. I got banana and lemme tell you this is DELICIOUS. I can't wait to repurchase. 💜💜Goes Well With:Only had it with water 250-300ml
