Amazingly filling product
5I will never buy another protein brand again. This is by far the best I’ve come across. Great flavours, great to mix, very decent prices and keeps me feeling full until my next meal. Definitely a 10/10Goes Well With:I’ve used water, milk, sprinkled it on porridge and weetabix and also goes very well in plain yogurt.

Chocolate Mint Impact Diet Whey
4Very good product for the price, does the job as advertised. I usually love chocolate and mint and as a flavour but did not enjoy the taste of this product much. The mint flavour tastes a bit artificial and is a little off-putting, but the overall flavour is alright. The mixability is decent though I regularly get a couple clumps of unmixed product which I then have to pick out after I finish drinking the shake, so it could be better.

Very sweet but still pretty good
4As someone only just starting out with using protein I was hesitant to try this, but actually it’s quite nice. It’s very sweet, and the coffee taste isn’t as strong as I’d have hoped, but it mixes well with water and milk - even with just 30g of powder. I tend to do 350-400ml of water or skimmed milk (or a combination of the two) with 30g of powder and it goes down a treat. I haven’t tried any other flavours, but as long as the latte flavour is around I don’t think I’ll need to. Perfect as a breakfast option (I don’t like eating in the mornings but am always so tired) and keeps you more than full enough until lunchtime Goes Well With:A teaspoon of instant coffee to boost the flavour!

Super tasty. Super effectuve
5I use this every day as soon as I finish my bike ride (usually 15 miles or so) Since using it I feel my recovery time has reduced and I’m now energised and ready to take on the rest of the day. Given that I’m in my sixties, this is quite a boon :)
