Love the strawberry shortcake flavour!
5Great as a protein shake by itself, but I love adding this to yogurts and fruit shakes. It has a great consistency and doesn't leave an artificial taste of sweeteners or a protein powder flavour, reminds me of the cheesecake flavour by Ben and Jerry's :) Goes Well With:Milk, yogurt, fruit shakes, cakes

It works!
5I have been using this for about six weeks, to try to lose weight. I'm not in a rush, I just make a shake with 50g of the natural vanilla flavoured powder, half a pint of semi-skimmed milk and a top up of cold tap water. I find 60g of powder is too sweet for me. Covid made me lose most of my sense of smell and taste, but I find the natural vanilla to be a pleasant taste. I don't snack between meals and eat an early evening, meal that contains plenty of vegetables, protein and taste. I've not calorie counted, just try to watch portion sizes. So far, I've lost 17lb, slow and steady works for me. I can honestly say that I don't feel hungry if I have a shake at about 6:30 a.m. and one at about midday. Goes Well With:Semi-skimmed milk and water alone at a push.

2Used to be a great product that tasted nice and mixed really well, unsure if it’s a recipe change or a off batch but the most recent pack I got was terrible.

Protein review
5Bought this as part of a balanced diet and lifestyle change. Defo helped with gettin my protein intake back to a nice level. Tastes delicious especially with milk, no powdery lumps either. 100% helps with sore muscles after a big workout. Great stuff!

Reseal strips are RUBBISH
3The powder/taste etc are ok. But the powder gets ruined because the reseal strips ARE AWFUL! They're so weak literally any amount of movement reopens the pack again. I used MyProtein a lot several years ago, and the packaging used to be excellent. Not happy.

Choc mint
3This is my least favourite, it didn't taste like the choc mint I've tested before, I found that it had a powdery taste, but my other half thought it was nice.Goes Well With:Ice cold water

5This is my absolute favourite it's creamy just like a milk shake, the only falut I would pick is that I can't drink it after training as I find it to sickly.Goes Well With:Ice cold water
