Wet bread
3I bought cookies and cream flavour. I haven’t really used this long enough to give a fair review on its effectiveness. It says impact diet whey but it’s 200+ Calories without milk - doesn’t really bother me that much about the calories but why call it diet? The taste of it is not like cookies and cream at all. It tastes like what I imagine a Victorian meal would taste of, a mixture of soggy bread and mead. Don’t get me wrong, it’s drinkable but not enjoyable. Previously I bought salted Caramel flavour which is amazing but I thought I’d branch out and try this. It does mix well and hopefully does do the job. Goes Well With:The bin

5I've been using this product for over six months and very happy with it. Nice mixing, consistency and great protein. Great bioavailability of 22 grams per 25gm serving. Nice shelf life as well. Just love the rocky road flavor. Got a huge discount as well, While Signing Up, use this refferrraalllll codddeeee 'SPRINT dash RD' for extra discounts. False Advertising
3After reading Matt's review about calorie content being higher per serving than the normal Impact Whey, I contacted customer services to try and get to the bottom of it. Turns out the Diet Impact Whey is actually a meal replacement Shake, although it doesn't mention this anywhere on the description, including suggested use. Very misleading! So only buy this if you are looking to replace meals with shakes. If you are looking for a protein shake to have after workouts, go for the normal whey protein. Here's the response 'Impact whey protein is a whey concentrate with a higher calorie content, and slower digestion rate more suitable for muscle building. The diet whey is a meal replacement shake' I have used the product before, but as a shake after a work out, not a meal replacement. It is a good powder, mixes well, and tastes good.

good stuff
5i was told about this company from a friend and looked it up, as i need to loose some weight i was thinking it is worth a try and so i ordered quiet a lot and with discounts it was really good value. The product arrived after just 2 days so i tried the choc truffle but instead of mixing with water i used almond milk sugar free......WOW absolutely amazing and so are the other flavours and now i am hooked...my protein levels increased and i have lost 7lbs so i am really happy....Goes Well With:sugar free Almond milk

Superb diet whey.
5I've tried many diet whey powders and this is hands down the best. It mixes well, tastes absolutely delicious (natural vanilla) and does all youd expect. One brilliant side effect it it seems to have is it's improved my liver function which is absolutely brilliant for me. I am absolutely delighted with Myprotein Impact Diet Whey and thoroughly recommend it to all.

Very disappointing- cheap for a reason!
1The taste of this product is really nasty. I usually buy the Whey Protein in my favourite cookies and cream flavour, which I love, so I figured I’d share a couple of € and try the diet whey protein. Higher protein content, cheaper price, same flavour- what’s to lose? Well, for one it does not taste anything like cookie and cream. It tastes like musty oats. It tasted so bad I had to ask My Protein if the product was gone off or if that’s actually what it tasted like. I didn’t believe that cookies & cream could taste so different between two myprotein whey proteins. They assured me that the product was fine. Utterly disappointed! Moral of the story - don’t cheap out on this product, there is a reason it’s their cheapest protein. I mix it in a Nutri Blender but there it still loads of left over oat things at the bottom of the glass. Goes Well With:Doesn’t mix fully with water even with Nutri Bullet

5This was the best drink I’ve ever had. I ordered cookie and cream and it is so sweet . Which is surprising as it is diet . Had a issue with resealing and that was my only issue, would 100% order againGoes Well With:Milk (not sure how water would taste)
