Tastes great
5I am new to whey protein but have started working out and improved my diet at the same time; whey protein was required. I have read some protein powders are hard to blend, but this has never been a problem. It tastes nice and is super easy to use. I am very happy with it.

Great value
4I opted for the diet version when restocking purely down to the fantastic price. Just as I have found with the normal impact whey, some flavours mix far better than others. Having tried the Strawberry Shortcake and Chocolate, the Chocolate is definitely preferable so far in terms of taste and mixability. I will be trying the vanilla soon.Goes Well With:Water or milk

Great shake, great flavour, great value!
5Been using this shake alongside 1-2 small meals a day. I drink in the morning around 6:30, and it keeps me going till 3:30pm! Great for cutting cravings and doesn't bloat me or give me excess wind like other shakes have in the past. Mint choc chip is my go to flavour, absolutely love it. Only tiny gripe is that sometimes after mixing (i use a mini blender) you get tiny little gritty bits at the bottom, but I add more water and drink them anyway because its all goodness! Can't complain at all!Goes Well With:I mix with 200 ml of milk, and 200 ml of water.

Taste and quantity
5A lot better tasting than the other main brands. Feel like you get a lot more for your money with this as well. Also had no problem keeping the weight off with this Goes Well With:Milk or water is fine. Or mixture of the 2

Chemical taste
1Having used this product before I really enjoyed and wanted to get the same one again. I got another Chocolate flavour diet whey a few weeks ago and it was disgusting. They've changed the ingredients/ formula as it now has a very strong Chemical aftertaste

Does the job
5Been using the diet whey shakes for 1 and 1/2 months and so far, with exercise, I've managed to lose 10 kilos. My favourite shake so far is the strawberry short cake, really tasty. The shakes all leave me feeling full.
