First time trying diet whey
4I’ve always stuck to isolate but wanted a higher protein amount so I tired this. I tried chocolate flavour, really sweet but nice taste. Only had it with water as it was a very thick mixture. Had it in the morning with my breakfast and didn’t feel hungry until lunch time.Goes Well With:Water

Chocolate diet whey
5I've tried a few of these now, and this one is up there with the strawberry shortcake. I find it's really nice if you blend a banana in with it. it tastes like a banana split when you do that. Yum! I have the strawberry in the morning, then this in the afternoon, and a semi healthy meal in the evening.Goes Well With:A banana!

Decent mix, odd flavour
4Overall its a good protein blend. However my main issue with it is the sweeteners, they add an extremely fake taste to the blend as well as making it far too sweet.Goes Well With:Frozen strawberries in a protein smoothie

Great Taste, High Protein, Low Calories
5Got the Cookies and Cream. Only mix with milk, haven't tried with water yet. Tastes surprisingly good for how low the calories are! Hard to get a smooth shake with just a hand shaker, but don't mind a lumpy shake. Would recommend to anyone on a cut.Goes Well With:Milk

5I mix I’m in the morning with Greek yoghurt for a great breakfast, I have my second about an hour before training, I mix with water as I find milk to heavy.
