Very Good
4I really like this flavour, I have never tried it before prior to this. I can definitely taste the cookies and it is very creamy. I have really enjoyed this purchase. Goes Well With:Overnight oats.

Great deal for a great product
4got a good price as there are always good offers going around. I am a returning customer and this is the only brand of protein I purchase. It is what it says on the package so great for post work out recovery (also used as a meal replacement in the mornings as I dot have time for breakfast) I do however usually go for chocolate but thought I would try strawberry - it is nice but just a bit too sweet. Goes Well With:Water

Depends on the flavour
4I have both the natural vanilla and chocolate mint flavor. Personally, I much prefer chocolate mint - it mixes well (no lumps) and tastes good with water. I found that I had more trouble with the vanilla flavor - I always end up with clumpy, jelly-like bits. I also haven't found it (the vanilla one) particularly successful when mixed to make protein pancakes or porridge oats. It doesn't taste too bad, but probably won't be purchasing it again. Goes Well With:Water (chocolate mint flavor)

5This protein powder is nice with water or milk, tastes lovely and gives that after workout boost thats needed

Diet whey
3Tastes great and mixes well with water obviously tastes much better with milk. The nutrional information on the back of the pack was incorrect. Also not sure about the claims about having a weight loss effect. As there is no evidence. After reaserching the differences between diet and non diet the macros are not that different. Will stick to non diet in future. Goes Well With:Water/milk/tears of virgins

Great protein shake
4I’ve tried multiple brands of protein powders and this is definitely one of the best. Mix’s really well! Never had any clumps of protein like I’ve experienced with other brands. Great texture and smooth blend.

The very long slow road
5I'm type2 diabetic, have osteoarthritis in my lower back & thoracic area too, I a lot of health issues that mean I live a sedentary life & so unable to exercise as I need a chair on a bad day & my crutches on a good day to get about. My dietician told me to look at getting meal replacement powders & my nephew who is into going to the gym didn't hesitate in recommending My Protein as the meal replacement for me as there is a wide range that should suit my needs & what I wanted & I mentioned that I needed something high in protein & low as possible in carbs & after having a good look the Impact Diet Whey was the one for me & as a treat I bought the large metal drinks shaker too. There was a brilliant 15th birthday discount at the time I ordered so I was happy with that for sure. Instructions are there if you have a magnifying glass but you only need to read it once as it's as simple as 2 scoops with the measuring cup & top up to fill line with cold water & SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE SENORA SHAKE YOUR BODY RIGHT. (Beetle juice). I would recommend the My Protein whey powders to any & all that wish to lose weight, gain weight or what ever as the range is BIG & you will find what you're after. Goes Well With:Sunshine, rain, sleet, snowstorm or heatwave too. I personally find its all I need & strawberry flavour is a great flavour for me personally.

God Send 3 week review
5So I have been using this now for 3 weeks one for lunch as I am intermittent fasting so start eating at 1pm and finish at 9pm. Cookies & Cream // Vanilla are my absolute favourites and they mix very well in a standard shaker with blending ball. I dropped from 83KG down to 73.5KG in 3 weeks by having this for lunch and then healthy meal for dinner. Using along side CLA and used together have show amazing results. Flavours are amazing and not what I was expecting from a shake even mixed with water 🙌 Would highly recommend and price can’t be argued 💪Goes Well With:Water - Milk

5Great protein again. Changed to strawberry shortcake for a change and tastes as good as every other one I have ordered. Will continue to use my protein!
