5So I’ve been looking for a certain brand for fitness for some time now and I’ve got to say after getting a few of their products I’ve never gone back, Made perfectly, super tasty and it’s also cost effective compared to other fitness brands. 4This was my first time using this pre-workout mix, and it's been good. Very easy to mix, tastes great and it has definitely given me a boost in the gym

Almost perfect
4Does what it is supposed to do perfectly. Taste is great, energy levels are through the roof and effects wear off quite rapidly after a good two hour gym session meaning sleep is not affected. Only downside is it can be quite expensive and since I usually use 2 scoops instead of the recommended 1, it can run out quite quickly. All in all however, I would highly recommend it. The cola flavour is my favourite.Goes Well With:Water

Pre-workout blend review
5I had the cola version of the preworkout blend and i can honestly say it has helped me so much for the gym. The taste although very strong is very nice and rarely you will be left with bits at the bottom of your drink. I can feel its effectiveness as it keeps me more energised through my sessons and allows me to push harder to the harder weights. Goes Well With:Lucozade energy drinks for that extra bit of caffeine. Can go with anything though that's why its so great.

Wouldn’t recommend
2The taste is very artificial and hard to get down. It also left clumps after mixing properly. The powder also gave me stomach pain too, which hasn’t happened with other pr workouts. Also came in a damaged package. It did work to some extent as I could fit another 30-45 mins into my workout though.
