4Tastes a little powdery. I did get the blue raspberry so should have expected a bit of fake flavouring! Otherwise goes down in one and does the job for my workout/hockey matches Goes Well With:Water

One of the nicest pre workouts
5The blue raspberry pre workout is so nice to look at in the bottle and the flavour is so good. It works great, can leave a little powder in the bottom of the bottle but nothing a little more water can’t fixGoes Well With:Water and ice!!

Effective pre workout
4Good effective pre work out, the taste is quite sickly but I struggle with sweet things so might be ok for most. Mixes well using my protein shaker.
