4Good energy and focus, nice flavour, do experience a bit of a “crash” after workout but can get other supplements to help stop the crash feeling. Overall a good preworkout for the price.

Not great for my first try...
3Not sure if its just my body, the way preworkout is supposed to make you feel or this product but i am nit a fan of this. It tastes awful, i often feel a bit nauseous after drinking it and am yet to feel amy difference.

Pre-Workout
5Disappointed to not have my usual Orange, Mango and Passionfruit option but the Blue Raspberry still tastes good. It mixes well and has the desired effect of high alert energy levels for a thoroughly enjoyable work out.

Not bad but only 1 flavour now and I don't like it
3I really liked the old 'fruit punch' flavour. The only one they seem to do now is this blue raspberry which I just don't like. If they don't have another flavour to try when my current one runs out I will need to look elsewhere (not a fan of 'The pre-workout or the plus version of it).

Great Taste and Mixes Well
5Dissolves well in water and tastes great. Good pre-workout pick-me-up when coffee alone just wont do the trick.
