Good pre-workout
5Have bought this quite a few times now; it's definitely one of the better priced pre-workouts and it is very effective. I usually have this about half an hour before my workout, the face tingle is real! Would recommend without question.

5Amazing pre workout, really gives a great boost of power within my workouts. The blue raspberry tastes gorgeous too and it isn’t sower or bitter. Mixes perfectly with 300ml of water and the effects are outstanding, really give me a great pump and allows me to bring the most out of my seasons Goes Well With:This goes well with creatine and also bcaa’s

Weak and tastes horrible
1The contents are pretty weak unless you have a low caffeine tolerance, taste is awful just chemicals

5This was the first pre workout I have ever used, I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to start pre workout, one level scoop was enough for me to have one of my best sessions of all time, have good amount of food in the day and it's the best. 5 stars suitable for beginners Goes Well With:Water

A good solid pre-workout
4When looking for a pre-work out you want a good tingle (to know it's doing it's thing), decent caffeine and great taste. This is the best value pre-workout I've come across (I usually buy it when it's on offer) and is one you can't go wrong with. You get a good tingle after around 15 mins, it's got 150mg of caffeine which isn't a huge amount but you can always increase scoop amount to suit and the blue raspberry flavour is decent. Goes Well With:Creatine flavourless
