Pre workout blend
4Works very well I would advise to start with small amount as to get used to affects. Needs extra water than stated to fully mix but works well just wait for the kickstart

No noticeable effects
2I tried the blue raspberry, gave it a good go as I’ve now finished the bag but I just don’t notice any real effects. It carries me through but nothing compared to other preworkouts that I’ve tried with similar caffeine contents. I personally never got a pump as others have described and the taste is kind of weird. I like the typical pre workout taste where it’s sweet/kind of sour but this was almost…milky in taste? It did mix really well though. And you definitely need to decant it into a tub or something as the packet goops up even with the moisture removers
