Best pre workout ever
5I have tried different pre-workout products but this one definitely boost you up. Once you start doing workout you just can’t stop it’s like a diesel engine. I’d say others are like petrol lol. With a good start but not efficient in the middle of the workout. But this one is definitely my favourite, energy stays with you during the whole workout. 10/10Goes Well With:Bcaa which is also recommended by the site

Pre-Workout
5Pre-Workout was a game changer for me. I get up early to do a session on my spin bike every morning and have struggled first thing with tiredness and a low heart rate. I then was introduced to Pre-Workout which gave me the energy to do an excellent work out in the morning before going to work. It gives that little bit of extra energy that I need to really push myself first thing and complete an effective and enjoyable workout.Goes Well With:I will have my Pre-workout as a drink whilst eating my breakfast and drinking my tea and it appears to compliment well with this light meal before exercising.

4A decent pre workout, blends very well and appears to give that boost you need before hitting the gym. Only little gripe is the taste can be a bit on the strong side for some!

Best product of my protein
5This product is amazing. From taste to the effectiveness it couldn’t be any better. To me it tastes very similar to a tango ice blast and my god the effect it gives you. A couple of sips of this and you feel like a god. Typically as a someone relatively new to fitness I last 45 mins in the gym having had this I’ve been going at times up to 2 hours and still feeling I can do more. Amazing amazing amazing Goes Well With:Water

3Decent focus, decent pump, needs double scoop because ingredients are underdone, don’t feel much energy though, good pre for focus and pump

Great flavour
5I love blue raspberry so thought I would give this product a go after trying other pre workouts. Great to get me pumped for a workout after a long day, great taste and mixes well.
