5I'd never tried any pre-workout before so was a bit dubious but the price was so good I couldn't resist and I'm so glad I bought this I use it every time I work out and helps massively especially when I'm low on energy. I thought I would have trouble sleeping with it but haven't had any issues. Would definitely recommend to boosting energy for your workout!

5I must say this has to be one of the best pre-workout I’ve had the taste is incredible and it actually lasts me a long time!!Goes Well With:I put my pre-workout with water💁🏻♂️

Use less
4Very good and very effective. I’d recommend using a bit less than what the label recommends as it’s pretty strong. tastes like the Mr Freeze ice pops

Normally good, bad seal
3Usually I use this pre and I’d say it’s a pretty good beginner preworkout. However the seal on the bags is bad and I’ve had my preworkout clump together and become unmixable due to the seal not working properly.

Wicked Stuff
5Made me smell colours. 10/10 would dry-scoop again.Goes Well With:Water, probably an energy drink, too, but I'm far too scared for my heart to see what'd happen if I did that.

Great tasting
5Mango flavour great mixes well no chalky taste the only thing I recommend is that you use more than the recommended 1 scoop Goes Well With:Waterproof

Degrades quickly, does the job
3A decent pre workout for the price, occasionally I get some tingles but a decent pump. My main gripe is that with every bag I've obtained, after a few weeks it degrades into some kind of sludgy mess in the bag! It's gross!
