Rocket Fuel!
5Brilliant product! My energy levels and strength shot up. Added creatine and cyclic dextrin to the mix. Took on a recovery drink afterwards. Only problem was my metabolism skyrocketed so lost weight initially after a couple of weeks use so needed to make some dietary changes. Would highly recommend.Goes Well With:Creatine Cyclic dextrin PBs!!

My thoughts!
5Firstly this product is amazing it boosts my overall performance in the gym and gives me that extra boost I need to finish off that last rep, However the taste can get quite sickening however this is not a problem for most people only weirdos like me!Goes Well With:Cold Water and a Scoop of creatine

Works well
5Never tried a pre-workout before but this stuff works very well. I often had days where I didn't have the energy and so didn't bother going to the gym. 6 weeks of taking this just before I go and it has been beast mode every single time. I actually like the fruit punch taste and can drink this a lot easier than any of the protein powders. The only bit I don't like is the packaging, I would much prefer it in some sort of tub like the protein powders because these bags are a pain to get closed, a pain to get the stuff out without covering your hand in it (because its on the sides of the packet when you reach in) and I think a proper tub would keep it much fresher.

For those that have fatigue, you need this
5Originally purchased for my son when going to the gym, i tried a very little sample and tasted ok. I normally have 1 coffee in morning only I swapped one day for this and wow, I can actually go on the exercise strider to get some exercise which is well needed as size is bariatric, I feel I can do a lot more exercise with this to build up lung function as mostly breathless due to asthma and sedentary work lifestyle and size. My work consists of sitting at desk all day, sat down for lunch etc so moving is an issue. Concentration alertness is incredible, from normally needing a nap at lunch as fatigued again. I’m now doing other physical tasks and some more exercise at lunch. I have tried exercise in mornings before with a coffee but still needing a nap at lunch and sometimes a nap immediately after work. I’ve got more office work done in one day than I have done for a long time. This is a game changer for me and purchased my own. I’m no longer having a coffee as this is enough, size and fitness is changing in the right direction now, i no longer feel fatigued. Purchased blue raspberry, tastes good, mixes well with water, writing is small on packet and was unable to find the mixing instructions on it but followed it from here and filled it to near to top of shaker bottleGoes Well With:Water

5Mixed really well, the taste isn’t great but during a cardio session I burned more calories in the same time frame as I normally do so I definitely feel this did the job. I don’t drink anything with caffeine in it so I definitely felt the kick from this and would but it again, just needs to be mixed with a bit more water in my opinion. Goes Well With:Plenty of water!

Gave me terrible skin
2The effectiveness of this product isn't being called into question, it definitely gives me a real boost before a workout. However, ever since taking this the skin on my face has gotten really spotty. I have never suffered with poor skin or acne, but ever since taking this it has been more oily and I have more spots than I ever have had. I have noticed a couple of other reviews which say a similar thing, Taste is ok - a little chemically and it mixes well - its never lumpy. However I will stopping using it immediately because of the effects I believe it has had on my skin.

Great purchase:)
5Flavour is nice it tastes like sweets so very easy to drink! It works well and doesn’t give you that body shakiness that some others do

3Not the best pre work out in the world. it tasted alright but the low amount of caffeine in it only really gives you results over a week or two before your body builds a tolerance to it. Not really more effective than a cup of tea before a workout, but did help give me a cheeky little pump in the first two weeks of use.Goes Well With:water and apple juice
