4got the pre workout blend and I must say I love this stuff gives you the boost you need before a session tastes nice mixes well defo go back for another bag of this once its finished 5/5 with this 1

5Bought this as on BOGOF deal recommend you keep an old pre workout tub to store.orange and Passion fruit taste nice.

Decent
3Don't really feel much from drinking this tbh. Just a lil kick after 30 minutes. Conversly, the fruit punch flavour tastes and smells pretty good.Goes Well With:Energy drinks, juice

Skin on fire
1I started this today and it tasted so nice but I thought I was having an allergic reaction to this as my skin feels like it’s on fire, I am itchy all over and have just had to take an antihistamine. Read other reviews and apparently this is common? I had just started a walk and had to turn back because of this!

Made me sick
1First time trying a pre workout and the tase was great, I got orange mango and passion fruit. However, after about an hour of consumption I felt really unwell. I felt sick, couldn't eat, anxious, heart rate is still 30bpm higher than normal after 2 hours since my workout. Product wasn't for me and won't be using in the future unfortunately. Goes Well With:Water

Does exactly as its says!
5Great workout that gives you the kick you need without feeling like your head is about to pop or your skin crawl off! Great value for money. Tastes can be a bit sour but all in all it goes down well.

great taste and great results
5Got the fruit punch flavour and have been checking daily to see when its back in stock. Great results from the pre-workout can really feel it push me further on my runs and in my HIIT sessions. Mixes well Goes Well With:water and ice
