Another unbelievably good protein bar. It’s a good one to keep in the gym bag or have as a snack throughout the day. If you are tracking food then this is a good way to get an extra bit of protein in.

The caramel is bad
Bar took a bit of determination to get through because of the caramel. The cookie crumble layered bars are far better and taste really good
