Good alternative

Awful bar
1Rating - probably the worst bar I have ever had, I have been bodybuilding for over 12 years and this bar is way off being good enough to compete with other companies bars. Bulk bars for example are on another level to these when it comes to high protein high FIBRE bar! Taste - very bland and once again don’t compete well with other market leaders on this type of protein bar! The bar is rock solid and hard to chew its got such awful consistency! Mixability- doesn’t need mixing Effectiveness - the bar does include 7-8g of fibre so that’s the only upside to this bar! I really like all other products I have got from Myprotein and there high standards are normally on point. But this bar I feel just isn’t up too there normal level. It’s way off. I don’t normally leave bad reviews on products but when hard earn money is spent on these products and there not up to scratch it’s just not good enough. Regards Chris Goes Well With:N/A

Good for inbetween meals
4The protien bar is a good bar,helps keep the hunger away between meals. The taste is ok for me but could do with abit more kick with it.

New Favourite Protein Bars
5Best protein bars I've tried, big improvement on the old CarbCrusher ones. I've tried 3 flavours so far: Caramel Nut -6/10- didn't like the texture/caramel flavour much Dark Chocolate Mint - 8/10, tastes like After Eight chocolates Fudge Brownie - 9/10, favourite so far, tastes like a 'normal' chocolate bar

Better than loads of 'normal' chocolate bars

Caramel nut 👎🏽
1I found this flavour really sickening for some reason and the texture was horrible. I've tried others and they've been really good. Something just not right with this one.

Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Bars Are THE BOMB!
5I was incredibly surprised at just how great these bars taste. I'd only ever tried on bar from MyProtein before (which wasn't great) but I bought a 6-pack of these based on the great reviews from other people...and I'm SO glad I did. I've eaten so many protein bars over the years and some always end up being the firm favourites I return to time and again. These are going to be joining that list of repeat purchases. The texture is a really chewy (think the texture of a Tunnocks Caramel Wafer) with some nice crispies in there too, to mix things up a bit. I love the flavour, there isn't that "protein bar taste" that often overwhelms a lot of bars, and it was surprisingly filling. Macros work out great with 20g protein and hardly any sugar. I know I want to try the other varieties in this range, but the Sea Salt Dark Choc ones are going to take some beating. Absolutely love them!Goes Well With:A can of 'Cotton Candy Bang Energy Drink' (US import strength - 300g caffeine), because why the frick not?
