Weight gainer protein
I’ve been using this product mixed with high calorie eating to attempt to gain weight aswell as attending the gym I’ve been doing this for 5 weeks and have gained a whole stone by doing this Very happy by this and will keep using this to reach my goal Also the difference flavours are all fantastic Goes Well With:Milk and even water I mix with creatine and oats

Does it have an impact
Good shake for the bulk. Mixes really well and tastes good. However, personally think there should be more protein per scoop as it makes it very easy to go through it really quickly. Goes Well With:I tend to go 2 scoops then 1 scoop of instant oats when bulking

Tastes ok but is quite sweet. Mixes well but does require some effort. Effective if used regularly in addition to good diet and has decent amount of protein.Goes Well With:Semi skimmed milk

Great product
I started using the impact gainer a few months ago after being diagnosed with a few serious problems with my liver, I had been struggling to maintain my weight and was getting progressively lighter. After being in the my protein gainer shakes between meals I've been able to not only stop the weight loss, I've been able to, fairly quickly gain weight for the first time in three years. That is alongside various medical treatments for my liver. But I put the weight gain down to this impact gainer, which is what I wanted. So I'm very happy with it. It can be taken in so many ways mixed into various dishes, I buy the flavourless one which is the best one for mixing in with sweet or savoury foods.
