5I’m so happy with this blend! Not only does it taste amazing but the effects of it is brilliant! I used to be severely underweight as I’ve struggled with anorexia and although I got myself up to a healthy weight, this has made me gain loads and this is the most I’ve ever weighed. I’m looking to gain weight in muscle and this is perfect to have after a workout giving me the best amount of protein and calories that I need! Would highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling with gaining or maintaining weight.Goes Well With:I like to sometimes blend mine with frozen berries, bananas, peanut butter or honey.

Effective if you can stomach it
3I have ordered this product many times becuase the nutritional profile is so good (low sugar, high protien and high oats) and because of this I was willing to put up with the awful flavours. I used to down it in one and wash down with plain water as I hated the taste. Ranked best to worst based on taste: Chocolate (2/5) Vanilla (1/5 reminds me of the smell of playdough for some reason) Strawberry (0/5 very chemically and artificial - however I seem to dislike most strawberry protein powders) Overall I would recommend if you are on a budget and need extra calories and protein without all the sugar and can tolerate things that don't taste great.

Weight gain
5I bought this few days ago. Unflavoured. Delivery was super quick! I've seen alot of reviews about the taste being disgusting. I've been there. Purchased different flavours and couldn't drink it. For me main issue was the amount of sucralose.. it left an awful taste and feeling in my mouth. So this time I bought the unflavoured one and I mix it with nesquick chocolate milkshake powder. That suits me. Tastes amazing. As I've only started taking the shake I can't comment on whether this has helped me gain weight or mass. This shall be continued..Goes Well With:Full fat milk (blue lid) & milkshake powder

Weight gainer blend
5Have bee buying this product for almost a year. It has definitely helped me keep my calorie intake. Love the taste of the strawberry. Delivery is always quick. Definitely recommend

5Good clean way to assist with adding calories to my diet. I am adding some decent size to my frame. Only criticism is the taste is a little much. At 2 scoops its nice, at the recommended 3 and s half it's too much. Maybe add less flavouring??

5All the people who say they buying this and can’t drink because of the taste must have something wrong with them! Tip. It both bottles and use mixer in black 1 mixes it perfect. Goes Well With:farting

Great mix
5Great flavor (chocolate smooth), mixes fairly well but even better if I leave it overnight and drink nice and cold after an early morning workout. Definitely seen an improvement in mass gain using this alongside standard impact whey protein.Goes Well With:Milk/water mix (60/40%)
