5Blends perfectly fine in a shaker. I had chocolate banana flavour which was surprisingly nice. Goes Well With:Greek yoghurt

Quality product
5Recently started training with weights again, nothing heavy but feel this protein gives me all i need post-work out. I take straight after training - just before going to bed - so i'm getting the benefit of it when the body naturally repairs itself. I certainly dont suffer from next day or second day soreness while taking this protein drink. I would recommend anyone gives it a go - i'm confident it is doing the business for me.Goes Well With:I have mine with water, which gives me more calories to use on other things and it tastes perfectly fine. But, as a treat or to use calories up i sometimes have it with milk that way is obviously better taste wise i think but to be honest with water is more than adequate.

Salted caramel
5SALTED CARAMEL Taste: 5* (with skimmed milk - haven't tried with water) Mixability: 4* (somtimes I do get clumps, but a quick shake removes them) Overall a great product. I finish it and feel pretty full too. I'm not a huge fan of salted caramel products but was reccommended this flavour and it's delicious. Not too sweet and not false tasting at all. Goes Well With:Milk!
