Brilliant
5I have been using this product for six years (on and off). I am now doing to keto diet but advisors said that it is not keto friendly (they would come back to me in few days). I still drank it as I feel really weak for not eating enough protein. I really felt the difference. It made me alot better! I did checked and realised that my ketones dropped a bit (from 8 to 1.5 mmol/L). I am not worried as there's more gain than loss. I now incorporated isolate and collagen protein into my keto lifestyle. Isolate after workout and collagen protein daily.

3Although it mixes well the vanilla flavour is very faint and almost hard to taste Goes Well With:Milk

Great taste
5I haven’t tried many flavours, but my absolute favourite are : natural strawberry and natural vanilla. Whote chocolate also tastes great. The worst one was chocolate peanut butter. These impact whey isolate natural flavours taste much better than same flavours of impact whey protein. Goes Well With:Milk, yogurt, smoothies, porridge, oat milk

5Good value premium whey protein. Been using it for a while now and it's everything I need from a protein powder. Some would say the unflavoured mix is tasteless but low/no sugar is more important than what it tastes like.Goes Well With:I mix it with oats powder and creatine for a mid-morning snack and then on its own mixed with water to drink after work-out.
