Quick and Easy after workout
4I have started taking this after having the meal replacement shake for the past 6 or so months but it takes some getting used to as I would say this one is a bit thinner and not as prominent a taste then the meal replacement ones. Nevertheless, easy to take and mix. Easy to fit into routine
