5I really like this protein powder. I use it to assist with fat loss and toning up. I prefer this to the diet whey as it's just as good if not better when you look at the nutritional values. So far my favourite flavours are natural vanilla and natural strawberry, I've tried a few others but I find some of the tastes to be a bit too artificial or sickly. Goes really well with the flav drops too. I like to stick with the vanilla as I can alter the flavour with the flav drops and use it in baking too- quite a safe flavour if your not sure what to go with. Peanut Cookie Flavour. AVOID!!!!!
1DIS-GUST-ING!!! Overly sweet. Artificially overly sweet. The banana one is so much better. and I have reordered one of those.

Clumpy and tastes horrible
2Don't get the vanilla flavour. It tastes horrendously and doesn't mix well with water, it forms clumps

Smells good, tastes good, does good
5My first ever use of protein supplement, and I wasn't let down. I was expecting a sugary, foul tasting "science" taste. Instead, with milk it tastes as if it was an ordinary milkshake! In terms of results, I am still very early in using this. But after drinking I feel good, and it also doesn't trigger my IBS: great! My only issue is that sometimes depending on milk/power ratio the mix isn't entirely smooth, but this is probably due to my shaking technique!Goes Well With:Milk, definitely!

Good when you get a decent flavour
3I've tried most flavours and I find Chocolate smooth and Chocolate caramel to be the best. Some of the flavours are down right disgusting, tasting nothing like what they should. Avoid Cinnamon danish, Chocolate peanut butter and Peanut cookie.

Don't get the vanilla with stevia!
2Tried a few flavours of the diet whey which I like (strawberry shortcake, vanilla and cookies and cream), decided to try the impact whey vanilla with stevia as it's a natural sweetener but I am not impressed. I've never had any problem with diet whey dissolving into oats but this just doesn't dissolve it is very grainy. I defiantly won't be buying this one again. Gutted I bought a massive bag! Hoping the versions without stevia dissolve better!

Impact whey that tastes great
5So I've had a fair amount of the flavours now (strawberry cream, brownie, cookies and cream and also blueberry cheese cake) all in 1kg. Every one of these flavours are amazing and would highly recommended. A lot of my friends have had cookies and cream and brownie and I don't think they will get anything else now. The only one I had major concerns with is the banana. It was fine for the first few but then it make the hacker stink and begin to make me feel a bit sick. I guess it's just the flow out I personally didn't like and also I brought in 2.5kg so understandbly just got bored with it. Just one comment my friend made was that they should have more flavours in the diet whey.Goes Well With:I have only with water which works fine. Two scoop in 400/500ml is perfect. I do sometimes have it with milk at night which again in the same amounts is fine and tastes better than the water but I'm trying to cut out the fat.

Natural Banana Flavour
3This flavour is perfect for those who enjoy eating a**. For those of us who don't, it tastes grim and there are no words for it. Goes Well With:Water, rimjobs

5Seems to be a very good product all round, although as for effectiveness, it's still early days, and my first time using. I use a blender to mix, as I find shakers don't work, and I'm very fussy when it comes to "bits" floating in my drinks! It mixes perfectly in the blender, in just a short time - 60-90 secs. Bought the chocolate smooth, and very happy with the flavour. Tastes like a chocolate drink, unlike some I've used previously. 200 mls of milk it tastes a little weak, but 150mls better. As mentioned, a little early to give full marks for effectiveness but seems to be doing the job. Very quick delivery and communication. Will definitely use again....And try more flavours! Goes Well With:Milk
