5I am working down my first bag of vanilla and raspberry impact whey. It seems to mix well, although I am not one for thick shakes. It is best with ice cold water as most proteins are. It takes like raspberry ripple ice cream - happy days! It feels like you have eaten a full meal when you have drunk it so it really curbs the appetite. I am happy with it and would buy it again.

1Far too sweet and doesn't thicken at all. I don't like this product.

Unflavoured and vanilla raspberry
5I started with unflavoured and had it neat or with coffee added to it. I find the vanilla raspberry too sweet as all flavoured proteins are so I cut it 2 scoops of unflavoured to 1 scoop raspberry. People say the raspberry vanilla tastes like yoghurt, it doesnt it tastes like raspberry ripple icecream. Mixes better with water than with milk but it doesnt bother me at all. Goes Well With:50/50 water and milk with icecubes

Good Protein Good Value
5I bought the chocolate caramel flavour which is great in porridge but a little too weak to have as a shake and the strawberry cream flavour which is fab. Both help keep me full between meals. Goes Well With:OATSSS
