Wow, how have I not discovered this before!
5This has completely changed my life and how I plan my diet. I’ve struggled to loose weight and it turns out I wasn’t eating enough protein. Using this powder is my diet has really helped with my weight loss. (I make sure I use the right amount for my weight and my exercise routine). Highly recommended protein powder……Goes Well With:Yogurt Milk Water

5i think i actually prefer this to the chocolate smooth variety. tastes great, what more could you want?Goes Well With:milk. you can use water, sure, but why not get extra protein and taste by using milk?

My go to protein supplement
5I started using protein powder supplements after someone suggested it to me from my gym. I tried a couple of different brands and have come back to this one. I've only tried the unflavoured one and then ordered a Chocolate Brownie in error and didn't send it back. Must admit, it tastes really good with the Soy milk I take it with. All in all, a great product!Goes Well With:Unsweetened Soy Milk
