Also great for perimenopause
5I always thought of protein powder was what young people used to tone their muscles at the gym. But I’ve been using this powder daily to boost my protein intake during peri-meopause, supporting my daily exercise and I have been feeling great and stronger. Only downside would be it takes a good shake to get it all mixed in, but that’s just an extra workout for those arms! Goes Well With:A shot of espresso

Amazing Flavour
5I've had a few of flavours for this product. Milk Tea is absolute dog water and made me puke once. Chocolate Brownie on the other hand was an amazing flavor. Goes Well With:Cold Milk or Water

5Great protein. I use to mix into porridge in the morning and makes it feel like I’m eating a dessert (cookies & cream flavour). Works well in a shake too Goes Well With:Porridge or milk as shale

Cinnamon Danish
1Unfortunately I was disappointed by this flavour. I was really hoping for a cinnamon flavour to which there isn’t really, it’s just a really sweet artificial flavour. It almost taste like sweetener, definitely nothing like a cinnamon danish. Really not good at all and I feel like I’ve really wasted my money as I can’t stomach the flavour. It’s a shame you can buy taster samples or a variety pack of taster samples. It feels so wasteful to buy a bag without knowing whether you’ll like it. Goes Well With:I tried as just a shake with milk and it was awful. I then tried with overnight oats/yogurt/milk and it was even worse.

Protein perfection
5Fantastic taste, easy to mix and fast delivery. No complaints from Me. Absolute perfection. If you are looking for a premium brand at a low price then this is the one for you. with loads of different flavours to choose from your sure to find one that suits you. Im yet to find a flavour i don’t like and they taste exactly as described. 10/10Goes Well With:I like to use my protein powder in skimmed milk for everyday use, it does however go great in smoothies and overnight oats for when you need that little bit of extra protein.

The go-to protein powder
5Great value (in the sales, which are pretty much always on), great range of flavours, and great nutritional profile. What's not to like! I usually go for Chocolate Smooth or Cookies & Cream and mix them into Greek Yoghurt. Tastes great. My go to protein powder.Goes Well With:Greek Yoghurt and granola. Or in a thick shake with blended frozen banana and milk.
