Great taste
5Mixed really well and the taste was the best I’ve had from a protein supplement in a long time. It also has fantastic macros for a cut. 5 stars Goes Well With:Green tea extract

Back in the game!
5I’ve been training for around 6 years now, but have never got on with protein supplements! I suffer from a super rare metabolic condition where my body can’t break down certain enzymes (conveniently found in all good protein sources).. I recently had the desire to get back into training properly, and wanted to see if I could hack protein again.. Turns out I can!! Tastes amazing, mixes well and cannot knock it! Hopefully I can stick to it!Goes Well With:I bought creatine monohydrate and the pump pre workout!

Amazing tasting protein and great to mix into other recipes
5I ordered some sample flavours before committing to a bigger bag. I absolutely love the vanilla and the cinnamon danish flavours. Some people say it’s too sweet but I love it as I have a sweet tooth. I mix it either with oat or cashew milk. What I’ve really loved at the moment is making a dessert by mixing the protein with 170g Fage Greek Yogurt (I use 5%). Comes to 36g protein for 268 calories. I’ve found that the protein mixes better with yogurt than with milk, but maybe I’m not shaking for long enough. Flavours I didn’t like as much were cookies and cream, blueberry cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding. They just tasted really artificial/didn’t have enough body of flavour. Goes Well With:150ml-200ml oat or cashew milk Fage Greek Yogurt

Whey protein
5Fave flavours in my oats are: cinnamon danish, natural chocolate and coffee caramel. Keeps me full for ages and starts the day well. Cookie dough is nice in greek yogurt. They all mix well in water and milk. Will keep repurchasing these flavours!Goes Well With:Oats

Mmm mocha
5Tried the mocha flavour today and it is gorgeous, a little chocolate taste with a hint of coffee! Prefer for on a morning! Goes Well With:Skimmed milk

Nice little taster
5Nice little packets to try instead of buying a big bag. Very large range of flavours to try so you can add on to your normal order. Also good to get vanilla ones to add to baking to make protein cookies!Goes Well With:Trying adding your creatine to it.

Vanilla sample handy for travel
5I like these sample sachets they are very convenient, no need to carry big containers or break your regime when travelling, just pop a few in your bag and plus variety of flavours. Goes Well With:water or any milk.

Coffee Caramel
5I tried this protein in Coffee Caramel and now have no need for iced coffees, will definitely be ordering a full bag of this next time!Goes Well With:Almond milk

5The impact whey samples are a brilliant idea! I am quite an indecisive person when it comes to flavours so this was the best way to try a few before i commit to multiple servings of a particular flavour. Although I have bought impact whey protein before I always look to buy a new flavour to mix things up. These 5 flavours I tried last time were simply amazing, all mixed very well with skimmed milk and I found all had a smooth taste and I definitely recommend them all, my personal favourite was chocolate coconut as it tastes exactly as you'd expect and is a perfect combination of two of my favourite flavours. Goes Well With:I tried them with skimmed milk, however Almond milk would be a nice alternative.
